What is Health Coaching and what can it do for me?
Most doctors agree that many chronic conditions can be improved with simple lifestyle changes; such as exercising, eating better, managing stress/anxiety, losing weight and stopping smoking. But this is easier said than done.
Health Coaching, with a qualified natural healthcare practitioner, aims to help you create healthier lifestyle habits and follow a plan of action to improve vitality and better manage your health and wellbeing.
Good Health Coaching Centres work with those who need help with a pre-existing chronic condition as well as those wishing to take control of their health and introduce healthier lifestyle habits.
Our coaches will work with you to create a plan you can stick to, helping you to reach your health goals and improve your quality of life, now and into the future.
Who is Health Coaching for?
Have you found making changes overwhelming, especially with all the confusing and conflicting information in the media and online?
Have you attempted to make changes in the past, but found your good intentions fizzled out and you soon returned to your old habits?
Would you like the accountability and support of someone ‘in your corner’ to encourage, motivate and keep you on track?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions then health coaching could be a great place to start, helping you to make lasting changes to your health.
What are the main benefits?
You will learn what to do to improve your health and how to maintain those benefits.
You will receive a personalised plan, tailored to you and your needs, for your optimum success, rather than a one-size fits all approach.
You will be given clear and simple guidance through the quagmire of health information, to support your long- and short-term health goals.
You will work at your own pace and be supported along every step of your journey.
You will begin to look and feel better, as you experience improved health and well-being.
How does it work?
Coaching sessions are delivered over the phone. You will also have access to a secure website where you can view your health plan, healthy eating information, menus/recipes, relaxation and lifestyle tips and much more.
Once set up, your coach will book the Initial appointment at your preferred time. You will be asked to fill in a short health history form so your coach has all the background information they need to tailor your support.
The Initial appointment will last up to an hour. Your coach will explain the key elements of your health plan, and get you started with some simple manageable steps. Follow up sessions are ½ hour long, where you can report back on how you are getting on, ask questions and discuss the next stage of your plan.
I’m on medication, can I still do the Health Coaching?
Yes, you can.
Let us know what medications you are taking and we will do a check for you to ensure there are no contraindications between what you are taking and the natural supplements and recommendations made.
How much does it cost?

What if I don’t have a computer?
You can still sign up for coaching. We can send your health plan and all the other information in the post
How often are the appointments?
Appointments can be as close together or as far apart as you like.
For example, some people prefer their first 2 or 3 appointments weekly, until they get familiar with their programme, after that they spread their appointments further apart as they gain in confidence about what they need to do.
Coaching is flexible to suit your needs and can last for a few weeks, months or even years.
